Rokytnice n.J.: City funds proposal from School Forum 
The participation of children and youth is important for Rokytnice. It is possible to approach it in many ways. The city decided to financially support the winning proposal of elementary school students, which came from the School Forum and was subsequently verified by the students' vote through a school poll.

| What recommendations / advice can be deduced from the implementation of your activities and provided to other municipalities with a similar intention? | An action that can be easily implemented. School pupils are happy to get involved and actively work on their ideas to improve the quality of life in the school and in the city. In many ways, their views may surprise. The fact that the financial support of the project was already mentioned at the beginning, there was a noticeable motivation from all actors to create something meaningful and necessary, which will serve the benefit. We expect interest in these events in the future as well. |

All the ideas that came from the school forum were commented on by the headmistress and the deputy mayor, where the children learned the reasons that prevent implementation (e.g. the law, private owners,...) |
